A MASSIVE thank you to Geoff and the team at Selecta carpets. Throughout the whole pandemic, we have like a lot of others been renovating our home etc, but Selecta Carpets is literally the only one place in which I didn’t begrudge paying the price for what me and my family received.
From starting the process of an initial enquiry, we expanded on the work portfolio with ease just because of the exemplary attitude to customer focus Geoff, the store team and the fitters provide. Nothing was ever too much trouble, suggestions were made but never pressured, samples were provided, left with us so we could discuss options and there was NEVER a hard sell. Geoff came to our home to measure but also provide advice and again further suggestions, this was always followed up with phone calls, and they even offered to bring our fitting date forward. When I say nothing was too much trouble, it genuinely was not too much trouble.
Then you have the team of fitters, who literally work hard to provide the best outcome and the perfect finish. Very polite, but also VERY TRUSTWORTHY people. They even cleaned up after themselves and ensured that we had time to check over their work to ensure we were fully happy.
At the start of the process from looking in the store in Ashton in Makerfield, we walked out to think about it but within a minute headed straight back to the store to commit our business to Geoff. The service was EXEMPLARY and OUTSTANDING.
If you want hassle-free, ideas and opinions, and trustworthy flooring or carpets seriously give Selecta carpets a consideration. We’re looking to do our main bathroom and ensuite next, and we will not be shopping anywhere else.
