We can’t praise Geoff and the team at Select a Carpets enough. They have definitely gone above and beyond what we would have expected from a carpet company. We popped into the shop following some water damage at my mum’s house and we were extremely impressed by the service we received. Geoff went to a lot of trouble to advise mum and to make sure that she had the floor coverings that were best for her. We were able to borrow samples and had a home visit prior to selecting and fitting. We were kept informed throughout the process. When we had to postpone fitting due to decorators over-running, Geoff ensured that the new dates were arranged swiftly. He understood and took my 80-year-old mum’s needs into consideration at all times. After-sales care has also been fantastic.
